- ACE inhibitors + Potassium sparing diuretic = HYPERKALEMIA
- every "PRIL" + (amiloride, triamterene, spironolactone)
- Statins + Fibrates = MYOPATHY and/or HEPATOTOXICITY
- every "STATIN" + gemfibrozil
- Bile acid binding resins (cholestyramine, colesevelam, colestipol) + Fibrate (gemfibrozil) = GALLSTONES formation
- Hearing loss combination = OTOTOXICITY
- Aminoglycosides
- Salicilates
- Loop diuretics
- Cisplatine
- MAO inhibitors + B-adrenergic agonists = HYPERTENSIVE CRISIS
- MAO inhibitors + SSRI's and/or Meperidine = SEROTONIN SYNDROME
