Phenylpherine & Vassopressin: similar: mostly alpha agonists => peripheral constriction

Distributive shock: NorEpi & Dopamine
Cardiogenic shock: Dobutamine & Milrinone

NorEpi & Dopamine: not usu. used for heart failure. Why? Very potent vasoconstriction => don't want to add extra work on the heart to work
