Rule of 2:

Meds: SABA: =< 2x/week
           Oral corticosteroids: 0-1/year

ADL's: Interference with activities of daily living: None
             Sleep, i.e., nighttime awakening: =< 2x/month

Symptoms of the lungs:  Symptoms: =< 2x/week
                       Lungs function FEV1 (less than 20% of normal)  >80%
                                                                 FEV1/FVC: normal
