Hemorrhoids: Proctosol HC apply pr qhs x7 days, please provide applicator
GERD: Omeprazole 40mg
Epigastric pain: stopping meloxicam may help alleviate epigastric pain.
Esophageal motility disturbance: NTG sublingual before eating bc it relaxes the throat (unless BP too low like 98/47)
Cirrhosis & ascites (moderate): may start on Adolsterone & laxis
